Step-by-step instructions on how to reset your password
- Open the Camplify website Visit our website at www.camplify.co.uk and go to the login page.
- Use the I forgot my password function. Below the fields for entering your email and password, you will find the "I forgot my password" option. Click on it.
- Enter your email address Enter the email address you use for your Camplify account in the field provided. Make sure you enter the correct email address.
- You will receive an email with a link Shortly after entering your email address, you will receive an email from us. This email contains a link that allows you to reset your password.
- Check your spam folder If you do not find the email in your inbox within a few minutes, please also check your spam folder.
- Click on the link Open the email and click on the link it contains. This will take you to a page where you can enter your new password.
- Set a new password Choose a new strong password and confirm it. Remember to choose a password that is easy to remember but also difficult to guess.
- That's it. Once you've set your new password, you can use it to log in to Camplify and use our platform as normal.

- Don't reuse passwords: Use a unique password for your Camplify account that you don't already use for other accounts.
- Don't use personal information: Avoid using birth dates, names, or other easily guessed information.
- Long, complex passwords: Choose a password that is at least ten characters long and contains a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
