How do I add Owner Discount codes?

Owner Discount Codes give you more control over how you promote your business and attract bookings.

What are Owner Discount Codes?
Owner Discount Codes allow you to offer hirers a set amount off their booking. They can be used to:
- Reward returning hirers
- Run your own promotion
- Encourage new bookings 

How Discounts Work
- Discounts apply only to the Hire Fee, including any additional items or services.
- Discounts do not apply to the Service Fee, Booking Fee, or AER.
- Only one discount code can be used per booking
- Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking.

How to Create a Discount Code

1. Log in to your Owner Account.

2. Click ‘My Account’ in the top right-hand corner.

3. Select ‘Owner Discount’ from the drop-down menu.

4. Create your own code by entering:

   • A code name (e.g. REBOOK50 or XMAS25)

   • A fixed discount amount (e.g. £50)

   • An end date (there is no start date setting — codes are active immediately until the end date you choose).

Once saved, your code is ready to share with your hirers.

Important Notes
- Each booking can only use one promo code.
- Promo codes cannot be combined.
- Codes expire automatically on the end date you set.
