How do I deactivate my listing?

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to deactivate your van listing. You can request deactivation at any time and reactivate it in the future if needed.

Step 1: Submit a deactivation request

Complete the Camplify UK Deactivation Form for each RV you’d like to deactivate.
By submitting this request, your listing will be reviewed for deactivation.

Important: If you have any upcoming bookings, you must contact your hirers and cancel all active hires before submitting this request.

Step 2: What happens after deactivation

• Your listing will no longer appear in search results or be available for booking.

• If someone has a direct link, they’ll see: “This RV is deactivated and not available to book.”

• Deactivated listings remain visible in your profile for record-keeping purposes and cannot be permanently deleted.

Your details will stay securely stored in Camplify’s internal database.
