# How do I remove/deactivate my listing from Camplify?

### How do I deactivate my listing?

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to deactivate your van listing. You can request deactivation at any time and reactivate it in the future if needed.

**Step 1: Submit a deactivation request**

Complete the [**Camplify UK Deactivation Form**](https://share-eu1.hsforms.com/1V6o67HfWQZ-xK0yX-U89dwg4h91) for each RV you’d like to deactivate.  
By submitting this request, your listing will be reviewed for deactivation.

> **Important:** If you have any upcoming bookings, you must contact your hirers and cancel all active hires before submitting this request.

**Step 2: What happens after deactivation**

- Your listing will no longer appear in search results or be available for booking.
- If someone has a direct link, they’ll see: *“This RV is deactivated and not available to book.”*
- Deactivated listings remain visible in your profile for record-keeping purposes and cannot be permanently deleted.

Your details will stay securely stored in Camplify’s internal database.
