Follow our simple step-by-step guide to set up your discount, choose which vans to include, and make the most of the sale from 23–30 November! Putting your campervan, motorhome or caravan on sale is a simple way to stand out. You choose the discount and which van it's for, and hirers get it automatically when they send a booking request. There's no code to make up or hand out. From 23 November, your RV shows a sale badge in search and in the On sale filter, and appears on our [sale page](https://www.camplify.co.uk/s?page=1&is_on_sale=true). A private discount code that you share with selected hirers is different: it isn't shown publicly and doesn't put your van in a sale. ### The Black Friday sale: 23 to 30 November 2026 The sale runs from 12:00 a.m. GMT on Monday 23 November to 11:59 p.m. GMT on Monday 30 November 2026. Joining is up to you. - **To be featured in our Black Friday promotion, offer at least £50 or 10% off.** You can offer less, but we may not feature your RV. - **Join before 23 November to be in from the first day.** You can still join during the sale, up to 30 November. - **Any future trip counts.** The discount applies to booking requests sent during the sale, for any future travel dates, unless you choose a travel window. - Already have a sale running, such as a trip-length discount? Each van can only be in one sale at a time. To join Black Friday, first pause your current sale in **Marketing Tools** \> **Sales & discounts**, then select **Join sale**. When Black Friday ends, switch your original sale back on. When Camplify runs a sale, your **Dashboard** shows a box for it, like the Black Friday sale box below. On that page, run a sale is public and Share a discount code is private. The sale's start and end dates are already set, so you only fill in these: 1. **Discount type:** choose **Flat rate** for a fixed amount in pounds (for example, £50 off) or **Percentage** (for example, 10% off). 2. **Discount value:** type the number only, for example 50 or 10. 3. **Travel window** (optional): leave it off and the discount applies to any future trip. Switch it on only if you want the discount for trips that start between dates you choose. 4. **Apply to vans:** switch on **Apply to all my vans**, or tick each RV you want in the sale. 5. We name it for you, and hirers never have to type it. By joining, you agree to that sale's terms and conditions.   ### Step 3: Check that you're in You'll see a green message, such as **You joined Black Friday**. Your sale now shows in the list: - **Status: Scheduled.** That's correct. It turns to Active by itself when the sale starts, so there's nothing to switch on. - **Sale: On.** This means your RV is in the sale. - **Please don't change your sale's dates or switch it on yourself.** If you do, the discount starts straight away, and booking requests made before 23 November or after 30 November aren't covered by the Black Friday terms. ![The You joined Black Friday message, and the sale's row showing Status Scheduled and Sale On](https://help.camplify.com/hs-fs/hubfs/help-centre/AU/how-to-put-your-rv-on-sale-4-joined.png?width=670&height=303&name=how-to-put-your-rv-on-sale-4-joined.png)   ### What the discount comes off Your discount comes off the hire total: the daily hire rate, service fee, delivery or relocation fee, and optional extras. For example, 10% off a £700 hire total takes £70 off. It doesn't reduce Camplify's booking fee, tax or Accident Excess Reduction (AER). It's your discount, so it comes out of what you're paid for that booking. Camplify doesn't pay any part of it.   ### Which bookings get the discount - Booking requests sent while the sale is on get the discount, even if you accept them after the sale ends. The only exception is a request that's cancelled automatically before the hirer pays. - Booking requests sent before a sale starts aren't part of it, even if they're still waiting for an answer. - Only one discount can be used per booking. - If a discounted booking is cancelled, your cancellation payout is worked out on the discounted price, under your cancellation policy.   ### Leaving the sale Changed your mind? Go to **Marketing Tools** \> **Sales & discounts**. On your sale's row, open Actions to remove it. When you remove it, your RV leaves the sale page and new booking requests don't get the discount.
