Managing your listing visibility in search

There are times when you may need to temporarily hide your van from search results. This is helpful if you are heading away on your own holiday, performing maintenance, or managing an insurance claim and cannot currently fulfil new booking requests.
How to remove your listing from search
You can set specific dates to hide your listing, and it will automatically reappear in search results once that period has ended.

1. Log in to your Camplify account and go to My Vans.

2. Select the specific van you wish to manage.

3. On the Registration page, locate the Quick Actions menu.

4. Click Add/Remove From Search.

5. On the management page, enter your preferred Start Date and End Date. These dates are inclusive.

6. Click Save to confirm.

Pro-tip: While your listing is hidden, it will still appear in your Listings tab with the status Active (currently removed from search). This ensures you know exactly why you aren't receiving new enquiries during that window.
