Can I cancel a booking?

We appreciate that circumstances can change and that you may need to cancel your booking. A booking is deemed as cancelled when you click the cancel button on the View Booking page relating to that booking.  

At Camplify, van owners can choose which cancellation policy to offer to their guests, and guests can review the policy before booking. Any amount the hirer is entitled to under the applicable cancellation policy will be credited to the hirer’s Camplify account. The hirer may also request a refund which is subject to the Camplify refund processing  fee of £13. 

If the booking is cancelled due a failed licence verification, the hirer is entitled to a full refund minus the cancellation fee.
