What if I break down?

Camplify has arranged for roadside assistance for hires in case of a breakdown.

In the United Kingdom, we've partnered with the RAC Nationwide breakdown and recovery service.

Here's how it works:

If the hired van has a breakdown during the booking, the Hirer should immediately inform the Owner. The Hirer should also call RAC at 0333 202 1872 as soon as possible to request road-side assistance. RAC needs to be informed that the booking is through Camplify and Camplify’s RAC reference is “CAMP01”. 

Roadside assistance is provided without charge to the hirer unless the breakdown was caused or contributed to by the hirer (e.g. ran out of fuel, tyre damage from running over a nail or keys locked in RV) see the Breakdown Policy for more information on inclusions and exclusions.
