Payments of booking and hire fees are made to Camplify via our payment services provider. Camplify collects the hire fees and any other amounts payable to the owner for your booking on behalf of the owner. These monies are held until the booking commences. Do not pay these fees directly to the owner.
Camplify collects amounts payable for any on hire damage. Hirers must provide credit card details for this purpose, however no amount is charged unless there is damage.
