Can I change my card details for payment?

To keep your payments running smoothly, it’s important to ensure your card information is up to date. You can update your card details at any time by logging into your Camplify Account, opening your booking, and making a payment on the updated card.

Please note that Customer Support is unable to update card details over the phone or via live chat for security reasons.

You may need to update your card if:

  • Your card has been lost or stolen

  • Your card has expired or is about to expire

  • You’d like to use a different card for your final balance

Your card details are securely stored within your Camplify Account, and we prioritise your financial security at all times.
