# Do you offer Damage Protection cover?

Yes. Every van listed on Camplify must have damage protection cover (insurance) in place to be hired out — this is the owner's responsibility. Owners can either provide their own insurance or, if eligible (motorhomes, campervans, and vehicles with rooftop tents), use Camplify's insurance partner, Allianz.

See our [insurance page](https://www.camplify.co.uk/flex-booking-insurance) for full eligibility and policy details.

Where Camplify's cover is used, hirers choose from three tiers of excess:

- Standard — excess of £2,000
- Silver — excess of £1,000
- Gold — excess of £500

The excess shown is a pre-authorised hold on the hirer's card, taken if a claim is made. You can read more details about the excess options available to hirers [here](https://www.camplify.co.uk/accident-excess).
