Extending Payment Window on Bookings

Once a booking is confirmed, the hirer has 72 hours to complete payment before the booking is automatically canceled.

As an owner, you can extend the payment due date once per booking from the Booking Details page.

You can extend the deadline by 24, 48, or 72 hours. The extension must be made at least 5 days before the start of the trip.

Note: Renters will be automatically notified of the new payment deadline.
