How are payments processed for Owners?
When will I get paid? How do I pay Camplify fees?
Firstly, it's important to understand how payment is made by the hirer. When a booking is approved, the hirer makes the payment directly to Camplify. An initial 25% is paid to secure the booking, with the remaining balance automatically deducted 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment is taken immediately.
Once logged in, information about payments can be founds under the 'Earnings' tab.
Payments from Camplify to Owners are processed weekly on a Thursday, in two stages:

First Payment:
- The initial 50% payment is made on the Thursday following the start of the booking. For example, if a booking starts on a Monday, the owner will receive payment on that Thursday.

Second Payment:
- The remaining 50% payment is made on the Thursday after the booking ends. So, if a booking ends on a Sunday, the second payment will be made the following Thursday.
Important to Note* If a booking starts or ends on a Thursday, payment is made the following Thursday.
Payment Net of Fees
Owners receive their payments with Camplify's fees already deducted. This means:
- Owners don't need to pay anything directly to Camplify.
- The payment received by the owner is the final amount, reflecting the deduction of Camplify's fees.
Example
- A booking request is approved for a booking to start on Monday, July 1st and end on Sunday, July 7th.
- First Payment is made on Thursday July 4th
- Second Payment is made on Thursday July 11th
Important to note* You must complete a short onboarding course before you can receive payments for your hires. You will be prompted to do this once you complete your listing. You can also find it in under Owner Resources in the drop down menu under your profile picture.
