How do I change dates on a booking?

You can request, edit and approve changes to bookings without the need to contact customer service. Go to your Bookings tab and the booking you wish to amend to do this. 

You can also confirm or decline date changes requests from a hirer. 

You will receive a notification of all change requests, approvals or declines and a timeline of all changes will be stored in your dashboard. Hirers will be prompted to make payments if additional fees required

Important to consider:


Minimum stay

 You can submit a change that is below the nominated minimum stay if required however hirers cannot request a change that would reduce the booking to under the minimum stay.


Extending whilst on holiday

You can extend existing bookings whilst they are in progress. 


Overlapping bookings

Bookings cannot be changed to overlap an existing booking (to avoid the chance of a clash or double booking).


New Booking dates 

If you agree to change dates on a booking the cancellation policy as per the new booking dates will apply i.e. The original booking was in May and you agree to move the booking to August. If the hirer cancels agrees the subsequent booking, the cancellation period will apply as per the new booking dates.
