How does roadside assistance work at Camplify?

Camplify has secured roadside assistance on all RVs hired through Camplify.

Camplify covers the cost for all roadside assistance call-outs up to the owners £1,600 cap, so your hirer will be safe and secure while on their trip.

If any type of mishap occurs on your trip, the roadside service provider will jump into action to assist you. The hirer will have to notify you and Camplify about any incidents. To request Roadside Assistance the hirer must call RAC at 0333 202 1872 and mention our client reference: CAMP01.

Examples:

The RV battery is flat
The RV has run out of fuel
A tyre on the RV requires replacement or repair
Towing is required to the nearest garage
