How does the payment process work?
Once the owner has approved your booking, a PAY NOW button will appear at the top of the booking page.
Before making payment, you will have to complete your profile, with all the fields correctly filled.
Once your account is complete, hit that 'Pay Now' button and you will be taken through the following steps:
- Review booking details
- Pay for your trip
Once you reach the payment step, enter your credit card details and hit "Pay now". It's highly likely you will be requested to complete a secondary security verification step with your financial institution. Once the payment has gone through, you'll receive a payment receipt via email, and the van owner will be notified that you've made payment.
Camplify requires a 25% payment (of the total booking cost) to secure the booking. All payments are due within 72 hrs of the booking being approved, after which it will be automatically cancelled.
*Please note that the Camplify payment system accepts Visa and Mastercard only. AMEX is not supported as a payment type.
The final 75% of the total payment is due 30 days before your hire is set to commence.
If your booking is less than 30 days away, you will be charged the full amount.
NOTE: If you are booking a listing with the Instant Booking option activated, you will not have to wait for approval. Payment must be made within 15 minutes, otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled.
