It is completely free to list your van on Camplify. We only collect fees when your van is out on hire.
The Listing Fee is for owners: it's calculated against the total stay price at 8% plus VAT.
The Booking Fee is for hirers: it's calculated against the total stay price* at 12% plus VAT.
*The total stay price is the owners' daily rate (times the number of days), any optional extras, plus any applicable delivery fees.
Here is an example to explain how it works,
What the hirer will see:
10 days x £100 per day = £1000 Total Stay Price
12% plus VAT Booking fee £144.00
Service fee £40
Total cost £1184.00
What the owner will see:
10 days x £100 per day = £1000 Total Stay Price
Service fee £40 = this will go directly to the owner to cover basic costs, gas bottle top up etc. It is not subject to the Listing Fee
Less 8% + VAT Listing Fee £96.00
Payment to owner is £944.00 (less any insurance costs if using the Camplify insurance option)
