It is completely free to list your van on Camplify. We only collect fees when your van is out on hire.
The Listing Commission is for owners: it's calculated against the total stay price plus any additional extras. The Listing Commission varies depending on the owner’s membership type:
- Camper Plus members 6% + VAT
- Non Camper Plus members:
- Flex 8% plus VAT
- BYO 12.5% plus VAT
The Booking Fee is for hirers: it's calculated against the total stay price plus extras at 12% plus VAT.
Here is an example to explain how it works for a Flex owner without Camper Plus membership:
What the hirer will see:
10 days x £100 per day = £1000 Total Stay Price
12% plus VAT Booking fee £146.88
Service fee £25
Total cost £1206.88
What the owner will see:
10 days x £100 per day = £1000 Total Stay Price
Extra Product (Cleaning Fee) = £20.00
Service fee £25 = this will go directly to the owner to cover basic costs, gas bottle top up etc. It is not subject to the Listing Fee
Less 8% + VAT Listing Commission £97.92
Payment to owner is £947.08 (less insurance costs)
