What is your Accident Excess?
The Accident Excess is the amount (cost) per damage event that the hirer is responsible for should there be an incident covered by on-hire insurance.
For BYO Bookings – owners must include the excess payable on their insurance on their booking.
For Flex Bookings – Hirers are required to pay the accident excess applicable under the Allianz on-hire policy. A standard accident excess reduction applies to all Flex bookings, reducing the excess to £2,000. Hirers can choose silver or gold accident excess reduction to further reduce the excess payable.
