If you are ever having issues with the Camplify App, follow these few steps to resolve the issue.
Step 1 - Restart the app. The most updated version of the app may help solve your issue. Note* you must download the Camplify app (not the Camplify Owners app).
- Sign out and close the app
- Delete the app
- Reinstall and sign in
Step 2 - If the issue persists, provide us with evidence of the issue.
- Go to "Settings" on your phone, look for "About this phone" to find this information:
- Make & model of phone (e.g. iPhone 12 Pro)
- Software Version of the phone (e.g. 14.4.2)
Step 3 - IMPORTANT - Provide screenshots of the app in action and describe the issue
- Where on the app did the issue begin?
- What does the app do? What message is being displayed, if any?
- Does this issue relate to a specific booking? Which one?
- What other issues can you see?
