Troubleshooting the Camplify App

 

If you are ever having issues with the Camplify  App, follow these few steps to resolve the issue.

Step 1 - Restart the app. The most updated version of the app may help solve your issue. Note* you must download the Camplify app (not the Camplify Owners app).

  • Sign out and close the app
  • Delete the app
  • Reinstall and sign in

Step 2 - If the issue persists, provide us with evidence of the issue.

  • Go to "Settings" on your phone, look for "About this phone" to find this information:
  • Make & model of phone (e.g. iPhone 12 Pro)
  • Software Version of the phone (e.g. 14.4.2)

Step 3 - IMPORTANT - Provide screenshots of the app in action and describe the issue

  • Where on the app did the issue begin?
  • What does the app do? What message is being displayed, if any? 
  • Does this issue relate to a specific booking? Which one?
  • What other issues can you see?
