What if my van gets damaged during the hire?

Unfortunately, accidents happen. Should your van incur damage during a hire and you’re using our damage protection cover all repairs will be covered. Part of your membership with Camplify means that you receive assistance from our dedicated support and claims team during the process, so you can rest easy knowing that we will sort it out.
If you choose to use your own insurance, Camplify will cover the full cost of repairs up to your insurance excess. . Should the repair costs exceed your excess, you will need to lodge a claim with your insurance provider to cover the remaining expenses.
