How can I request a refund/credit and how long does it take?

Absolutely! If your plans change, and you need to cancel your trip, just follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Camplify Account through the app or www.camplify.co.uk.
  2. Find the booking you want to cancel.
  3. Drop a quick message to the owner explaining the situation.
  4. Click on "Cancel" and select a reason to notify Camplify.

Once you've done that, Camplify will take care of the rest, and if you're eligible, you can expect a credit to be applied. Remember to check the cancellation policy applicable to your booking to understand the terms.

FAQ - Can I cancel a booking?


The cancellation policy depends on the RV owner's terms at the time of booking. You can find all these details when you are submitting the booking request. 

Credits are instantly applied to your account and can be used to pay for another booking taken within the following 24 months. If you would prefer a refund, contact our customer support team.

Please note that all refunds have a £13 processing fee. Refunds can take up to 21 working days but usually are processed within 5 business days. For credits, they'll be instantly applied to your account and can be used to pay for another booking taken within the following 24 months.

Please provide as much detail as possible about your cancellation reason. This helps both the owner and our team prioritise and assist you better.

Remember, if there's a dispute with the RV owner regarding the cancellation, notify Camplify within 48 hours of booking/cancelling, and we'll work to resolve it in accordance with our Dispute Resolution Policy.
