Why am I charged per day?
The insurance used by many owners on Camplify is charged on a per-day basis giving owners the flexibility to offer varying pick up and drop off times. These pick-up and drop-off times must be mutually agreed upon and respected at all times. Please make sure to check the hiring rules of the listing and with the owner in advance and be aware of any penalties for late returns.

The booking confirmation will show the booking duration, but pick-up and drop-off times will be advised by the owner and must be agreed between hirer and owner.

What if I need to amend the booking?
If the vehicle is required the night before the trip is due to commence, please contact the owner as as soon as possible to check if the van is available and agree a time of collection and any additional charges. If the owner is using the flexible insurance product they will be charged an additional day's insurance.
Hirers and owners are able to amend the booking dates. Updates will automatically reflect on the booking prices according to the van's daily rate. To add or remove days to the booking at a different daily rate, please contact the Customer Service Team via Livechat or send an email to support@camplify.co.uk with the desired changes to ensure your booking reflects the insurance dates and rates and the agreed conditions.
